Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION


ORDERS

All our products are manufactured and stored in our warehouse in Venice (Italy). 

Orders are processed the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

The manufacturing time for each product is from 10 to 15 working days, excluding holidays.


COUNTRIES

Currently, we ship to the European Union*, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and intercontinental countries**.

Other countries on request.


DELIVERY TIME

Products are shipped by UPS and FEDEX couriers (standard shipping).

Delivery times depend on the selected country.

All orders are automatically processed and associated with the selected shipping method.

The aforementioned delivery times are purely indicative and, although usually respected, Danghyra does not undertake any commitment or guarantee of compliance with them.

Any delays may depend on the courier and Danghyra has no control over the delivery times of couriers (UPS, FEDEX).

Deliveries will take place during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

If the package is not deliverable at the first attempt, the courier will make a second attempt and, in the absence of the recipient, the goods will be deposited at the access point and the Customer will receive a notice containing an indication of the place where it is located the order, times for collection and contacts.

The shipment can be tracked using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

The registered user can find the status of their order and the tracking number within their account. 


COSTS

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.

The shipping price includes shipping insurance for any damage or loss.


DAMAGES AND REPLACEMENTS

In case of damage to the Products, please notify us immediately by writing to: contact@danghyra.com (e-mail), attaching the photo of the damaged products and we will replace for free.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity and the presence of damage to the packaging that are immediately evident (for example: wet box, damaged box, etc.), immediately contesting them to the courier with a note on the delivery note.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported by writing to: contact@danghyra.com (e-mail), attaching the relative photos.
