2.1 How to shop at danghyra.com

To freely consult our catalogue, select a category from the navigation menu.

When you have made your choice, select the wanted colour/ metallic decoration size from the product page and click on "add to cart".

To proceed with your order, click on the cart in the upper right corner of the screen, and then on "checkout". 

2.2 How to place an order

2.3 Cancel or modify an order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within a few minutes of placing the order via e-mail by completing the form you will find in the Contact us section. Once your order starts being processed, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.


2.4 My Order has been declined

If the system has declined your order, please contact your bank and then, if necessary, inform our customer service.

2.5 Products not available online

If you are looking for a product that is not available in our online store, you can contact us via e-mail by completing the form you will find in the contact form section to receive more information.


2.6 Product price

The purchase on www.danghyra.com is reserved for private end consumers.

Our prices include Italian VAT and Taxes, where applicable. 

A receipt is issued for each order; the document will be sent as an attachment to the shipment confirmation e-mail.

Please note: once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the invoicing details or issue a new receipt that is different from the one already issued.


3. Account and registration

3.1 How to create an account

To create an account, simply indicate your name, surname, e-mail address and create a password.


4. Payments and refunds

4.1 Payment methods

Danghyra.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Maestro, American Express and Accelerated Checkouts (Such as Apple Pay, GPay).


4.2 Payment charges

As a default setting payments are processed immediately after the authorisation.

4.3 Refunds

Once we have received your return at our warehouse and checked that it is eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued through our payment gateway upon receiving the products and return form. It will take up to 14 working days to process. You will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail. How long it takes for the credit to show on your account will depend on your credit card issuer.

5. Shipping and returns

5.1 Shipping times and details

Standard shipping (UPS, FEDEX) 

Any delays may depend on the courier and danghyra.com has no control over the delivery time of the couriers (UPS, FEDEX).

The shipping price includes shipping insurance, any damage or loss will be assessed for possible refund and return. 

Shipping is DDU (delivered duty unpaid) for all the countries that require custom taxes.

5.2 How to track your shipment

You can track the shipment of your order via the tracking number provided in your shipping update email.

If you are a registered user, you can find the tracking number under order status in your account.


5.3 Delivery:

Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.

If the parcel is not deliverable on the first attempt, the courier will attempt to deliver it again 1 more times.

All orders are processed automatically and associated to the selected shipping method.

5.4 Where we ship to:

Currently, we ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and intercontinental countries.

5.5 Returns and exchanges acceptance

The Customer must communicate his will to withdraw to the Seller by sending a written communication (also using the appropriate "Return Form." available on the Site) by registered letter with return receipt to the address Danghyra Boutique, Sestiere Dorsoduro 3220, 30123 Venice (VE) - Italy or by e-mail at contact@danghyra.com.

The Seller will send the Customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The return of the Products that are the object of withdrawal must be performed, at the Customer’s responsibility and expense, not later than 14 days from the day in which the Customer informed the Seller of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract of sale.



5.6 What if my products are damaged upon arrival?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your products. If anything in your order arrives damaged, write us at contact@danghyra.com attaching the photo of the damaged products of the original packaging and a new one will be sent back to you later for free.


6. Product details and care

6.1 Where can I see the products details?

To see all the details of an item before proceeding with the purchase, click on the product photo to open the product page.
On the product page you will find more photos and you will find all the available information in the "details" section.

6.2 Can I use your ceramics in my dishwasher?

Yes. You can use the dishwasher with a program between 45 ° and 60 °. Not microwave.

6.3 Do your ceramics scratch easily?

No. Our ceramics are made of white porcelain clay and are light, strong and durable. In case of blackening / oxidation of the metal they can be easily removed by gently rubbing with a silver polish.

6.4 Do your ceramics contain any lead or heavy metals?

No. Our Ceramics are 100% free of lead and other harmful metals and chemicals.
